  • Our minimum wholesale/bulk order is 10 kits.

  • Orders of 100 units or less will ship 1-2 weeks after placement. All others are dependent on quantity.

  • Re-selling 1927 S’mores products on 3rd party sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc. is strictly prohibited. If we find out that you are re-selling on any of these sites, your account will be revoked.

  • Please email us at sales@1927smores.com with your store/ company name and the best shipping address to request samples.

  • Any changes or cancellations to orders are subject to a 10% re-packing/stocking fee. If your order has already been packed up or shipped, we will not be able to accept any changes to your order.

    If you would like to add to your current order, please contact our team at sales@1927smores.com. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply as the addition will be processed as a new order.

  • 1927 S’mores does not offer exclusivity to any account for any reason. We find that our products tend to have a high sell through rate regardless of surrounding stores nearby.

  • All of our products are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes with eco-friendly peanuts to prevent breakages.

  • We ship via USPS throughout all 50 US States. If you’re looking for faster shipping, please use our Etsy page as Etsy offers other options! ** Prices might be different on Etsy than 1927smores.com**

  • If you have received broken or damaged products, please send an email to sales@1927smores.com with your company name, which products were damaged, and a picture of the damaged product for our records. We request that all damages are reported within 5 business days in order to receive a credit or replacement.

    Due to the continual summer heat in some areas, melted or leaky chocolate may occur in transit. Please avoid leaving your packages outside in the hot summer sun when possible.

  • We do not accept any returns unless authorized by one of our team members. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are not available on seasonal or special edition kits.
